Are there two facilities?

There is a location at 1569 Reed Road, but the office is located at our main address, 1577 Reed Road. There is no self storage office located at 1569 Reed Road. You'll be informed of what facility you're moving into at the time of sign up.

What size unit do I need?

That's a tough question to answer, it varies greatly. I always recommend that you visit the facility and view available units before making a decision. I've tried to put a size guide together for tenants on the "Unit" page. If you're hiring movers, they'll also be able to advise you on the unit size you'll need.

Why can't I sign up online?

For security reasons, you cannot sign up entirely online. Once a reservation is placed, management will reach out to you to confirm your booking, contact information, and send you the relevant paperwork for electronic signature.

Do I need to purchase insurance through Hogan Self Storage?

No, you are not required to purchase a protection or insurance plan through Hogan Self Storage. That being said, Hogan Self Storage is not liable to for any damages and it is the responsibility of the tenant to provide coverage for their items should they deem it necessary.

Can I store my vehicle?

You can store most cars in a 10x20 Drive Up unit, but we do not have parking spaces or RV storage available. We will need to see proof of insurance on the vehicle before storing. You will be liable for any oil spills as a result of vehicle storage.

What size truck can fit?

Both facilities can easily fit the largest U-Haul trucks (26 foot) and smaller semi trucks. Long haul trucks with larger than normal trailers and sleeper cabs will have difficulty getting through the entry gate at 1577 Reed Road. Please coordinate with management if one of these trucks is required for your move.

Do you provide moving vehicles/services?

We do not provide either, but we're more than happy to get you in touch with movers that we recommend based on your needs. Just give us a call or send us an email.

Can I access my unit if the office is closed?

Yes, no matter what the access hours never change. Even if the office is closed for the weekend or holidays, you will still be able to access the unit within access hours.

I forgot my access code!

No worries, either stop by the office to provide your ID or give us a call and answer a few security questions and we'll be happy to provide your access code to you. If you are unsure of your access code, you must contact the office during office hours to confirm the code.

What happens after access hours?

You will always be able to leave the facility, even after access hours end. If any loading doors close after access hours they will not reopen. If you left your unit open you will need to notify management so they can secure it, or come the following day to secure your unit.

It's after office hours, who do I call?

If you are looking to rent a unit you can make a reservation online. Management will contact you when they are back in the office to complete your move in. If you have forgotten your access code, or are locked out after access hours, you will have to wait until the office is open again for assistance. If you see a serious malfunction on the premises (doors not locking, gates not working, ect.) call 609-336-5224. If you feel unsafe or have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
